This page explains how arkenis.it handles the data of the people who visit it. It is written to be readable: if anything is unclear, write to us.

For any question about your data you can write to hello@arkenis.it or call (+39) 0422 1628706. No data protection officer has been appointed: for a studio of this size, and for the kind of data it handles, one is not required.
We install no profiling or third-party cookies, and we use no tools that follow people from one site to another. That is why there is no banner to dismiss.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. It uses no cookies and creates no identifier for the individual person: it collects only aggregate data such as the page viewed, the country, the type of device and the site you arrived from. You cannot be identified from it.
When you fill in the contact form or send an application, we receive what you wrote — first and last name, email, phone, and the message or the CV you attached. We use it only to reply to you and, for applications, to assess the profile. We do not pass it to anyone and we do not use it to send you marketing, unless you ticked the newsletter box.
Requests that come in through the contact form stay in our mailbox for two years from the last exchange of messages, then they are deleted.
Applications and CVs we keep for twelve months: that is the time we need to assess them and to get back to you if a suitable position opens up. After that we delete them. If you would rather we did it sooner, just tell us.
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Just write to the address given above. If you believe your data is being handled improperly you can contact the Italian data protection authority.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which also handles its visit statistics. The pages you look at therefore pass through its servers, some of them outside the European Union: the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
The messages you send us through the forms arrive in the studio's mailbox. Nobody else receives your data: we do not sell it and we do not pass it on for advertising.
